Eddie Corcino
Global Repair Director
For the past 20-plus years of Eddie’s professional career he has primarily focused on technical support, customer service, aftermarket parts, field service, and third-party repair management. He spent the first 21 years of his career with Invacare Corporation, an Ohio-based Fortune 1000 company represented in 88 countries. At Invacare, Eddie managed the Technical Education, Service & Repair, and Third Party Repair Centers for North America; and served as a Technical Support Manager for International Repair Services.
In July of 2012, Eddie joined Q-Lab and is responsible for the company’s global repair teams and technical education program. He also works to support service and repair teams in Q-Lab’s worldwide network of representatives.
Eddie has an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management. He earned a Six Sigma Greenbelt, and successfully completed a SKILLPATH Leadership Development and Teambuilding Program.
