Recalibration

Q-Lab Recalibration Request Form

To request recalibration for your Q-Lab CR, CT, or UC calibration device, kindly fill in the relevant sections of the form below. 

You can include a maximum of five devices in one form. If you have more than five, please submit multiple forms. 

After submitting, you'll receive an email confirmation. Please print and enclose that copy with your device(s) when sending in for recalibration.

Q-Lab's outdoor testing facilities are located in the USA in Homestead, Florida and Wittmann, Arizona. We also offer accelerated weathering and corrosion testing at our laboratories in Saarbrücken and Homestead. All Q‑Lab Test Services sites are A2LA-accredited.
