Florida & Arizona Natural Outdoor
Q-Lab provides outdoor weathering testing services at two internationally-recognized benchmark test locations: Florida and Arizona.
The subtropical environment of South Florida offers year-round abundant sunlight, warm temperatures, and high moisture. The Arizona desert delivers even more sunlight, high temperatures, and low relative humidity.
Accelerated Laboratory
Q-Lab offers a wide range of laboratory testing services in our fully-equipped, ISO 17025 accredited laboratories in Florida and Germany.
Laboratory weathering testing can be used for quality control, material certification, exterior durability studies, and independent third-party verification.
Color, Gloss, and Mechanical Evaluations
Evaluations help to quantify the results of any exposure testing program. Q‑Lab complements its natural and laboratory accelerated exposures with visual evaluations, color and gloss measurements, and other services.
Q-TRAC Natural Solar Concentrator
Q-TRAC natural sunlight concentrator testing gives super-fast results, like accelerated laboratory testers, but instead uses actual sunlight as the light source.
It is exceptionally useful for highly-durable materials with long lifetime expectations.
Automotive Interior Materials (AIM) Box
Simulate the sunlight and heat found inside of an automobile using the Automotive Interior Material (AIM) box. AIM box testing from Q-Lab meets a variety of automotive industry test methods, providing accelerated, natural test results.
Q‑Lab Accreditations
Q-Lab’s testing facilities are internationally recognized and accredited by AAMA, AMECA, and ISO/A2LA. These organizations ensure that our laboratories are providing customers with precise, accurate, and reliable test and calibration data.
